It's only the "risk off" sentiment in the markets toward micros and smallcaps after the recent severe pullback the past few weeks that seems to be keeping SINO and the shipping cos. from flying higher, imo, on the nicely rebounding BDI. I'm hoping/trusting the "risk on" trade will return and, combined with a seasonally stronger Fall season for shipping sector SINO could really fly, especially if we get another nice earnings report, which i'm counting on.....
