Third party updates aren't what's needed and has caused lots of anticipation. Let Rossi respond when he has something to say, otherwise, you're forcing the issue.

I sent the following to him yesterday:

"Do you think its time for a shareholder update? Two weeks until the end of Q2. Or, are you just burned out from answering the same questions over and over again?

The only reason I'm still holding FNHI is the story you've presented, and the idea that you will actually deliver the K shortly, followed in rapid succession with the PP, Q1, share reduction, and finally Q2 to get and stay current. CSE listing is very secondary to me, but if it opens doors to more reasonable capital infusion as you've suggested, then it's a great idea.

The OTC market can indeed take your PPS to the level you need it to be very quickly if and when you deliver on the administrative side.
