It does not take a genius to figure out that a company that spends tens of thousands to file an older SEC 10-K and older 10-Qs will be filing their 2nd Quarterly Report soon.
It's is clear to me that the company will not post news or 8ks under this ticker. The 2013 financials they published last week under DOLV was a necessary evil to satisfy request by FINRA to complete ticker and name change which is obvious.....
Soon this ticker will stop trading. That is when the fun begins!
