Because most longs know why the company is dark, Currah and Keevil. For some reason there is a belief that filing will solve all the problems but filing will not correct the bogus expenses on the Niostar financials or remove the bogus lawsuit from someone who has abused shareholders for years, Drew Currah

No one is going to invest in any company that has the financials that Currah and Keevil created and when the lawsuit is settled and Currah and Keevil are eradicated then the true value of the assets will be on full display and we will get the investors required.

I know, the plug could be pulled anytime from trading and all the shareholders/bagholders would have nothing.

As well Dan/Otto hasn't paid the transfer agent, they can pull the plug on trading as well.

If Dan could raise money don't you think he would have paid for up to date financials, the tax arrears, the core storage, the transfer agent?

That is what a proper CEO would do: pay the existential bills.

Dan is just trying to pump to diminish his legal and economic problem with using Other People's Money and got caught doing it.

Dan's solution is to blame other people and put debt on SRSR for his work which has accomplished absolutely nothing.

Thankfully there are adults in the room that won't let Dan get away with his pernicious corporate behaviour and Dan will meet his Waterloo in a courtroom in Toronto Ontario.
