I am not sure what you don't understand here. You seem to constantly be projecting comments on my views that I did not make - I am not suggesting, nor ever did, that I have a issue with the NPE business model, its the COURTS AND CERTAIN JUDGES THAT DO.

1. Firstly, there is NO DEBATE that WDDD is a NPE - please look up the definition. Indeed, Bungie argued this to the ptab, WDDD did not claim otherwise (and why Bungie did was obviously to get some sympathy but that's beside the point I am making here).

2. Actually, if they don't use the patent to create products, and are simply investing in the patent to extract licence fees they are indeed a NPE/ or patent troll sir that is the definition


Am I against that? No not at all so I am not sure why you and others seem to think I am anti npe. I am actually pro NPE and think the AIA is bs but that doesn't change the reality that NPE's face

THAT is the point - NPE's have he deck stacked against them. Understand the difference in my point sir
