I guess it is all in how you phrase things. Even though I have given them crap at times and that can be verified by another. They usually respond. I don't think they like it when they get told what to do or get phone calls demanding things. nobody knows what is going on behind the scenes. We all could be correct or we all could be off target no one knows. But what I do know is they have some good upstart companies so I will keep buying the cheap ones.. You must admit the Pet Meds came out of no wear.
