OMVS & RAD have 90 days from the date LOI is signed for the definitive agreement to be signed which incorporates the terms of the LOI into it. This has already been done. Just waiting for the closing of the definitive agreement (which is the formal merger/acquisition) of which no one knows the formal closing date; but, as per the latest PR, it's expected to close before the end of the month. Load up or get left behind.
