When always competing against discounted shares sold to insiders they dump hard to make money even more so then most OTC. Over the years most who held for next spike got killed by 2 r/s or the increases in a/s. What is she going to pr now that would make anyone but blind buyers buy in? Last like was some nonsense about insurance. Even the lies get more ridiculous. The share reduction as well with what money do they do that?
