Speaking of honesty - has anyone seen evidence of a Berlin, Germany based pump on this stock?

I've tried my best to find out the highly repeated rumor of a pump but to no avail? Wonder why there is such a repeated rumor?

Honestly, the filing are starting to align for something to happen here - rumored pump or not.
