You say "This fraud uses the internet to defraud prospective marks', but please explain exactly what 'defraud' meams here?

I certainly do not feel defrauded. Does defrauded mean that my shares are worth less than I paid for them? If this is the meaning then its certainly not fraud as thousands of companies have their stock price go down.

If the meaning is supposed to be that somehow I have less shares or lost some shares, then I can tell you that no shares were ever taken from me or lost. Every share that I bought is in my account.

Also, there has never been a stock split.

So, please explain exactly the meaning of defrauded here.

The only reasons to be here are as a shareholder to share information and opinions on Sucanon/Roth, or else if you are considering to invest.

If I was not in one of these 2 categories being here would be a waste of my time. What would be the point?
