Fake. There are no goods or services offered for sale. Never have been. To make a profit you must have goods to sell or a service to render. Neither exist with this stock. Next, the real estate agent holding the listing for Nipton does not have a sold or sold pending notice posted. I have never seen a realtor who was not eager to slap that notice up. I have been invested and now not invested in this stock for many years, all to see this kind of misleading hype to lure new investors in who hope for a get rich overnight event. If you do anything but flip this stock daily, you will lose by holding it overnight. Fake in the truest sense of the word.
