Sorry you are heavily invested here but it is amazing to me that you are just now discovering that the CEO is not being honest with you. Dilution has been rampant here for weeks.
Its your responsibility to see when dilution happens. No company will say "hey guys, gonna dilute today FYI" when the ceo stated no dilution, there was indeed 0 that day and the day after.
They put vndm bmic back to work cuz of the news coming out, theres a chance the dilution gets ate up and we run anyway.
Moral of the story, dont call him a liar because he never lied.
