If news is out to one investor, you in this case, then it should be out to all investors - otherwise it is insider information. I really don't care about news on financing, the last number of deals, such as the Kodiak deal, fell through as well as other deals and we hear nothing. News means nothing on financing to me - they have proven to me that they can announce a deal today, have it fall through tomorrow and we hear nothing. I want to know what in the heck they are doing, what are their plans, what happened to the previous plans and their performance, are they still involved in OTT, what happened to the rollout of the platform they discussed, who is running the company - Myles? What happened to the Canadian gentleman they announced who was going to be an advisor - is he still there or did they announce him and now he is gone with no news. When are they going to become current with filings, why couldn't they file previously - they said they couldn't meet some of the reporting parameters - what were they - are they now fixed. And arrangements for content? What are their target markets - what makes them they can compete in OTT with the big boys such as AT&T. Many questions, no answers and no recent input from the company - not even when the reverse stock split approval granted to the board - and why was this granted, why did it expire with no action etc.

My opinions as always.
