Not only is there a going concern warning there is also a statement saying that their internal controls have failed which means that they can't guarantee the accuracy of their financial data. I have been saying this for years. Now the auditors and ERHC management finally agree. I was able to identify these omissions with the limited data I had. The fact that ERHC management couldn't is highly disturbing. Here is the quote from the 10Q.

The Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer evaluated the effectiveness of disclosure controls and procedures as of June 30, 2017, pursuant to Rule 13a-15(b) under the Exchange Act. Based on that evaluation, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer concluded that, as of the end of the period covered by this report, our disclosure controls and procedures were not effective to ensure that information required to be included in our periodic SEC filings is recorded, processed, summarized, and reported within the time periods specified in the SEC’s rules and forms due to material weakness related to the following:

The Company’s system of internal controls failed to identify multiple journal entries that were identified by the Company’s external auditor.

Please do some DD and find out that warning is in the files since 1.5 years and been discussed here several times
