I think it is a joker doing that, yes. I been seeing 911 and 199 trades the last few days. I been on iPhone all day with shotty service. I never saw any .06 cent trade except one that I think was the 3rd trade of the day for, I believe 20K share sale. I saw a lot of discussion that perhaps more than that were sold. I do think there are air shares, phantom shares out there, but the cusip change should fix that problem.
