The late filings are nothing to get discouraged about... Unfortunately they are always delinquent with filing their paperwork. I've addressed my concern with the company quite some time ago, it's just the way it is with $KAYS. On the news front, no fluff here!... news hits the tape typically when they are 110% ready to disclose what they are unveiling.
