With all this dilution sub-$0.01's are likely soon.

PURA will likely need a share authorization raise to 5 billion shares, so the dilution can continue into the fall selling season for those restricted shares out there. Toxic financiers will likely try to convert (at steep discounts) as many shares as they can and dump them before the restriction on other investors' shares is lifted.
