ECOS...Ecolocap dropped a bomb on common shareholders yesterday by doubling the A/S to 20 billion and swapping all debt for restricted common shares. Since they're non-reporting (almost 2 years delinquent), won't the restrictions have to be 12 months rather than 6 months?

Yes, unless they find some kind of exemption from registration they can use. Or aren't entitled to, but think they can get away with.

I think your conversation with janice shows that even IF you were right... they cannot even bring those shares to market for 12 months... WHICH I KNEW.
