In my opinion, those are a really poor choice of actions if you are running this company, or any company. In my opinion, it's never a good idea to choose your actions to spite shareholders. The goal is to earn and maintain shareholder respect and trust, since essentially you went public seeking their financial help and also because they essentially own part of the company. This company is in the start up stages building a foundation, choosing actions to spite shareholders is a good way to build a foundation in the sand. Good business practices will attract good investors. It's a win win scenario. It's also called business ethics. GLTU
