If it touches $12`s, I will be dollaraire on TKO on current holding, this extra 30k shares is for the car, nothing else, so hope it works out.
$6.90 by Jan 07 buys the car from this current buy I wish to do and returns my £40,000 investment and leaves my existing shares untouched.
I have a 5yr target on my shares of $5 million, which equates currently to £2.66 million, 40% tax here in the uk, so that then goes down to £1.6 million clear, this then pays off my current £500,000 mortgage on my residential home and clears the 3 outstanding investment mortgages I have, i.e. another £366,000, so will leave me around £800,000 to take a step back from my business, not work so hard and have £800,000 to continue playing the stocks pretty much full time.
Also my plan takes me up to when my twins Jake and Faye reach senior school so I can be there for them and help them with their education, I will also recieve an income from the 3 buy to let properties with no mortgages coupled with the two others I have with no mortgages, hence I will be totally mortgage free on all my properties, have income from them, roughly £750 each one, so £3,750pm, which is enough for me to live on mortgage free along with income I would still receive from my business, but not at the levels I currently receive obviously!!
Then whatever I make on the stocks over and above this is purely extra bunce and I would have effectively retired at age 33, as already 1yr into my 5yr plan currently.
Nice if it works and obviously if we do get a buyout in the $20`s, $30`s or even $40`s as some have aired, then obviously this brings my 5yr plan forward a few years and I will be a very happy bunny!!
I am very focused on my plan, not been let down yet and hoepfully won`t be, but I am having to play speculative stocks to get this return. I don`t mind waiting 1-2 years for a stock to give me 500-1000% return and I play all my stocks in a fairly large way, so I raise my glass to TKO and all my other stocks and hope to God they all work out as expected.
