Has anyone seen the required SEC filing for the open market purchases of SEVU stock that Rich publicly declared he was making in APRIL? Per my calendar, that REQUIRED SEC filing is now over TWO MONTHS late.

Has anyone seen the required SEC filing for the Private Placement of NEW shares for $1.5M?

Has anyone questioned why there is no vote on a Board of Directors at the stockholders meeting? THAT is why stockholders meetings are supposed to be held, to elect a board of directors.
