I am also thinking of Q2 filing falling more in line with the FINRA approval. Obviously, I would love for it to be filed today. If a stop sign is not an issue for the FINRA, I don’t think it is for the company either at this point.


Don’t combined fins have to be filed with the FINRA application? Is that part of the merger approval?
