I respectfully disagree.

The lawsuit was initiated by the new company (JB&ZBMY Holding Co.) against the holders of certain shares issued by previous (DOLV) management. If the lawsuit is successful, the company will reduce the number of shares issued and outstanding. If the lawsuit is not successful, the issued and outstanding share count will remain as is. That's all there is to it; nothing more, nothing less.

Neither the existence of nor the outcome of the lawsuit has anything to do with the ticker change.

The ticker will change when FINRA approves it, irrespective of lawsuit status.
