TXHD Wais contracted him and hes been therefor some time now, Many skeletons in the closet here and Wais needs may or may not see prison himself in the end. Rezwana and his young son and daughter will not be proud of Daddy then. WOW what will the kids say to the other kids in school. They will be ashamed.

Would_you_give_your_life_savings_to_a_convicted_fraudster?

Following a criminal conviction, then after serving ones term, there's generally a 5-year ban. However there are different felony crimes, and someone wth a felony conviction for fraud or theft will never serve as an officer or director on a public traded company again.

A criminal background check in most cases will reveal the fraud or theft conviction to the hiring company. Option Trader exposed Shelly Singhal's fraud conviction via a Google search.

If one were running a public traded company, one should perform a background check as part of risk mitigation. Why would one then knowingly hire someone or even associate with someone who has a fraud conviction?

Having hired Shelly Singhal, Wais is now tied directly to a known fraudster, and the unregistered penny stock promoter is supporting a convicted fraud felon who fled the US.

To be struck by one act of fraud lightning would be pretty bad, twice stinks like rotten Philly Cheese.
