I am realistic and forward thinking. I also think investors appreciate transparency. I have said many times that I do not have a favorable opinion of the CEO, but despite that, I still strongly believe the stock price will eventually go up significantly.
Why? Because all of Noreen's faults literally have ZERO to do with her ability to execute. The fact that we haven't seen sales contracts yet likely doesn't have anything to do with Noreen. We are likely waiting on powers beyond her control.
The bad things I and other people say about Noreen usually come down to the fact that she projects things to happen "sooner" and they don't happen on time. Or she ignores investors. Or she pisses off investors. Do you think she could avoid this easily? OBVIOUSLY!!! She could easily change her statements to say, "Contracts will get here when they get here" or something like that which is perfectly acceptable. BUT SHE DOESN'T!!!!
Why doesn't she? Because she wants to lose investor's trust. Period. And when I say anything about Noreen of the like, it is because I want investors to know that all of Noreen's lies and bullshit are all JUST A STUPID ACT to keep the stock price low. She wants retail investors to sell off. She wants you to hate her and not trust her. The board of directors HIRED THIS WOMAN to do exactly that - IN MY OPINION!
In other words, I'm not bashing Noreen. I'm attempting to inform investors that just because Noreen is off on her expectations of when sales will begin, it doesn't mean that it's never going to happen.
Funny story...
I called Investor Relations Partners maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago. Here is how part of the conversation went...
Me: Noreen said sales will start in the first half of 2017. It is now mid July. When are we going to see sales contracts?
B Miller (IRP rep): We should have contracts published in a few days.
Me: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA. Are you kidding me dude? You really want to tell me that contracts will be here in a few days? Why would you say something so ridiculous??
(if contracts really will be here in a few days, he's not allowed to say that obviously or that'd be insider trading; AND, if contracts get delayed longer than a few days - it's now been about a month since that phone call - then I as an investor could get scared into thinking they are lying, which could cause me to sell off).
So why did he say that? Well, I started yelling at this guy, and finally I got him to admit that he knows contracts will NOT be a few days and that the only reason he said that is because NOREEN TOLD HIM TO SAY THAT IT WILL BE A FEW DAYS!!!!!!!!!
Now why would she do that, when it obviously is taking more than a few days? There is only one possible explanation for telling someone a lie in which you are HOPING TO GET CAUGHT.
Because she wants to scare investors to sell off!!!!!!!! Otherwise, she wouldn't say a few days. She would say "They'll get here when they get here."
