Thanks for posting a link to the article - very well written.

There was only one reporter who went to Nipton CA - Rosalie Murphy from The Desert Sun.

Most articles were just scraped copies of the press release and reworded.

Most if not all of the articles state it is 120 acres but the listing states 80 acres.

All the reporters needed to do was read the ERBB financials and it is obvious they are insolvent and from the dozens if not hundreds of press releases about how great the company was doing - in the most recent annual report the revenue was a paltry $39,335.

What is the ERBB business model - collecting aluminum cans and cardboard - with the revenue it is a hobby not a weed business.
