This time I actually have to agree with you.

Some points from the 10Q

we have doubt about our ability to continue as a going concern.
our ability to comply with certain financial covenants of our debt obligations;
our material weaknesses in internal control over financial reporting and our ability to maintain effective controls over financial reporting in the future;
our competitors developing the expertise, experience and resources to provide services that are equal or superior in both price and quality to our services;

This actually looks quite bad from the 10Q.

Funny (and sad) at the same time that the stock was $2 ( R/S adjusted ) when I put above sticky up there in August 14 2017 so people could see what was about the come and what to expect from Munro&his gang , I have been showing "the road map" in advance on this for sometime , and it played out exactly as I said that it would.
And now stock is 0.20 , and counting

So, all it took one to save him/herself from -90% loss was , knowing how to read , that's pretty much all one needed
