There is still some note conversion.

But OS is still in the 400's it is my understanding.

Fozz is correct. There is just one note that was finishing (and may still have some left.) As you know, they are tight lipped on deals due to a third party actively harassing the buyer. If (and in confident this is not an 'if') there are deals in the works along with the note. It is necessary for a company in this position to have a robust A/S to have leverage and favor to buyers and potential financing options. IMO.

Any deal announced will have a valuation catalyst that will lift this quickly .
