After the voting patent was published last year GAHC started partnering with Smartmatic a global provider of election equipment, software, and services, Smartmatic wasn't partnering with BTC....

This a old and well walked industry isn't it ? Very regulated and known ins and outs ?
Not like there was any interest in Block/bit a years ago.
