You are correct. This shareholder is quite concerned especially if this most recent major dilution did not provide the final funding required for trials. If not, 1B shares will quickly turn into 1.5B shares unless a third party steps up to provide the necessary funding.

How about the concern that pmcb continually sells shares at huge discounts ie. 50% in private transactions than the actual market value? That's a BIG SLAP IN THE FACE TO RETAIL INVESTORS!!
