The possibility of MS holding off on signing scandium off takes is, in my view, remote at best. Common sense dictates that the parties cannot come to terms on price, which is totally understandable given the infancy of the scandium market.
It's very simple: if MS can get a scandium off take(s)for say 50% of the production at a price close to the one cited in the FS, this thing will finally become a slam dunk. 'Til then, it is anything but.
