There aren't any trad-able shares until the a/s becomes an issued share.

Part of the vote is to allow them to continue to reduce a/s without another vote as well.

I like this stock, but 1 Billion outstanding shares is ridiculous.
I will wait to see what happens with all those shares, come vote time as I am watching closely at investing w SGBY
