Thanks for posting this SF... it should clarify why some have received the letter now and others have yet to get it (that would be to those who had shares as of 8/1/17):

We will in all likelihood run both a NOBO as well as OBO (Objecting Beneficial Holders) search at the conclusion of our lawsuit against the holders of certain shares issued by previous management when, if we succeed, we would adjust the number of shares issued and outstanding.

That's my translation as well. So to me, the reason we're not seeing others confirming that they also received a letter is because most of the others holding certificates are probably the object of a suit in federal court right now.

I really don't see all the excitement about this letter, but I guess when everyone is on edge waiting to get filthy rich it just can't come soon enough. I can wait a year.
