This was back when the stock was a PINK sheet, the share price was in the crapper (double 0's and triple ohs)and well before up listing to QB. r/s would have been for different reasons.

Maybe this NT-Q will shake out the last of the slippery shares.

I want to see the float lock up before the r/s
