Patience, there are plenty of buyers. They are all looking for a great deal on the price. Once they can't get more at these prices it will move up. IMO

Investors like news and/or financials.
This is typical reaction, although this is great news for longs like most of us, the fact that this is just closing a deal most expected to happen anyway won't likely vault the price today or even this week, it's not the big news that investors were probably hoping for...but this lays the groundwork for future growth and more stability in the future PPS.
Just will need more news to follow to push this higher, this news is not enough at this point unfortunately.

Because that is what happens when the news doesn't meet expectations and because of the "Sell the News phenomenon"

This is Exactly why I have been asking board members to explain their incredible enthusiasm about News Coming.

News is out, and look... Down.

And then we can hear... "Oh, but wait, there will be More News so don't worry that the ticker Tanked on the News we have been waiting for for the past 2 weeks!"

I was told... "Be patient... News is Coming!"

The news is OUT... What exactly was I being "patient" for?? What a Joke.
