yea, it went something from like 277 to 400.

Not positive I understand the question though - "who is to say all those shares have, or will be converted"

I think you meant "sold to market" instead of converted at the end of the sentence - in that case - its not fact just a theory of mine

To be perfectly honest, I got the theory from one of our trolls. In the piles of BS getting spewed, one mentioned that the noteholder couldnt hold more than 9.9% at a time... but when I started thinking about it from that angle, the rest of what I was seeing (why someone would/could walk it down, etc) started to become more clear.

The company never clarified under what circumstances they can force the holder to accept cash (although they mentioned there was some situation where they could). It very well could be when they own too high of a percent (whether is it is 9.9, 24.4 or 49.9, etc). So "if they dont sell enough before the next maturity date is due... then maybe they hold too many shares, arent allowed more shares and just get cash"


but enough about that, hope we are flooded with good news this week
