I was going through my e-mails from Steven Rossi and I found one around the beginning of April that explains one of the delays. I realize there were many reason's some out of the company's control and some that were probably due to record keeping I guess. I am sure someone can give you many other reasons for the delay. Here was one below.

There have been delays in our audit for a few reasons, mostly outside of our control and in relation to cash testing. We’re working hard to get things moving along and posted and hope to have it posted sooner than later! I don’t have an exact date as a lot of it is reliant on our customers cash testing, which requires their input but I will push the matter to get the audit wrapped up sooner than later.

Here is another one towards the end of April.

We’re working a mile a second on this and we’ve been at this since January 1st, 2017 – but there have been so many delays outside of our control.

Beginning of May.

Although our audited F/S have taken longer than anyone within the company would have liked, we are working as fast as possible towards becoming current and then switching focus exclusively to our business growth strategy.

“Yesterday” is not soon enough to have the audited F/S posted, so rest assured that no matter how eager one or all shareholders are to have our stock “current”, we are easily much more eager!

We’re all working towards the same common goal which is:

Posting 10K
Posting 10Q

Then we will work towards previous endeavors which include our dual listing on the CSE as well as growth capital for the company to systematically accomplish each aspect of our business plan for revenues and general growth towards our target 3-5 year revenues.
