The 8K released Friday? 8K's are simple announcements and communications with stockholders as required by law, the 8K released Friday was simply to announce "officially" and "legally" as required by the SEC that the additional shares were converted. Nothing super special.

When are we supposed to know about what the 8K is for? Will they have to announce it sooner or later?
