IR confirmed it was real and legitimate. Plus all info in the Notice to Shareholders (except for the last paragraph) can be found on the Wyoming SOS site...

1. Go here... https://wyobiz.wy.gov/business/filingsearch.aspx

2. Type Dolat in the "Filing Name" field and click on the search button.

3. Click on the search results: Dolat Ventures, Inc

4. Scroll down to the "History" section and open it.

5. Click on the PDF icon under "Name changes with other changes-"
