Sure for 1M common you'll get 25780 preferred Stock C shares which may get dividend payment in three years in the amount of $0.0375 per share so that would be $967 (if comp profitable) per Million owned sept. 2017. That gamble sure is interesting (not really lucrative) but not to the extend that I would buy shares now above 0.0009 (potential double $s in 3 years) if I cant sell them after the september deadline for a profit. In the end it all boils down to the usual OTC investment judgement and real company progress.
