Sadly, look at what they accomplished with the money they did raise. Almost nothing has been done at the claims.
The share count is many many times higher and the share price is as low as it can go. I believe it was over $1 a year ago. That's a decline of 99.99%! Ouch!
That's why this type of CD financing is called toxic death spiral debt. It kills a company's chances of succeeding. Which is what happened here. The company has no chance of making it now. None.
