It's rare to get a golden parachute in any stock, as it means Tom is so highly sought after, that his talent and business savvy is needed. A golden parachute clause is a damn good thing. You can look it up for yourself! Tom is in fact turning around this company, and I'm not at all worried about anyone saying they don't have anything. They certainly are bringing major players to the table on this Turd company. That's by accident either! Anyone saying Tom is a crook or running a scam is IGNORANT of the facts.
