What company would want to merge with ORRV? McCusker ran the company into the ground. A shareholder with no experience in the warranty business took over as CEO. It would be reasonable to guess Frank Barcroft had a chance to see what was going on, and withdrew his company from an acquisition deal already said to have been consummated.
You think some new company--a REAL company--would be interested? Or would they check out what's happened here, have a talk with Barcroft, and head for the hills?
Note that Hawley doesn't say he has a specific company in mind, only that "the Board is seeking merger with another Public Corporation". Maybe he's just talking about another stinky Pink shell.
