Questions for Sanjay:

1. Dr. Hayward mentioned $1.5M recurring revenue by early 2018. Is that only cotton? Later in the call he seemed to clarify that it was but...

2. What about auto-marking? Last we heard we were close to $1.2M a year.

3. What about government contracts?

4. What about polyester where o believe we had an announcement of an initial 10M pounds?

Both auto and government contracts seem to have predictable streams of revenue so shouldn't that mean they can project over $2M base revenue not just $1.5M?

Dr. mentioned we only need 3.5M revenue to break even. But expenses are consistently at 4M. Is this because improved cotton contract terms or he plans on firing people?

Want more info on financial nature of pilots. 16 at one time. Do they pay us? If so, how much? Do we break even on those at least?

Better breakdown of how company can claim they have enough cash for 12 months. If they can only forecast minimum of $1.5M revenue per quarter, they will be out of cash in 6 months or less if additional revenue doesn't come through. (Seems they can project revenue more accurately - why is he not including auto/gov and other business in $1.5M base forecast? - that's what I'm trying to get to - get him to forecast a higher base - through individual answers on the above)

Thanks!

You might want to listen to the call again or read the transcript before you call him. Hayward; We are working with our future partners on the content of our drug master file and we expect to file with the FDA in the next several months.

Shark, how many paying customers made up last years lbs of cotton marked? How many will be repeat customers this year, how many won't be back and why? How many more customers have expressed interest in having marked cotton and any color on the type of customers. For Sanjay. Any feedback from repeat customers would help also.
