We don't know anything for sure. The reference in the PR is "it is anticipated that the acquisition will close before August 31, 2017." The August 31st merger date is, again, like the previously PR'd August 10th date, a PR reference to an expected acquisition date.
However, technically-speaking, no one knows the actual legal deadline set in the definitive agreement as the acquisition completion date. And that deadline can likely be postponed if necessary with the parties' mutual consent.
IMO, the acquisition will conclude and the news will confirm this at least several days before the August 31st date. Even if the acquisition gets delayed yet again, which is extremely unlikely, it will eventually conclude and pps will jump and never return to these levels.
IMO, any price now is a very good entry. Or who knows? If we approach the last week of August without any news, it may dip to 0.15, but I doubt it unless a large (and uninformed) shareholder nervously dumps. The risk of waiting on the sidelines for the perfect dip is that the acquisition news could hit anytime and certainly well before the August 31st date.
