I know of the deadlines he mentioned, I know he went on twitter publicly and said days a few weeks ago.
But I also know Rossi, and I can attest he's not out to lose credibility. He was under the impression this would be done sooner. I'm not talking out of my ass , there are personal conversations that make me certain of this 100%.
I trust Rossi because of his character. The fact he was wrong on the 10K is meaningless horse shit to me.
So long as there is no Dilution or intent to dilute in the future, so what? Sell if the K is taking so long. If you think Rossi's intent is to 'string stock holders along', then what is his goal in that? No Dilution is his defense.
Plus he's honest. It says so on his twitter account. And the sideways action of the stock is the jury's decision. Float is being held tight.
