Charts look extremely similar, but how do the 2 companies compare fundamentally with upcoming events? I know nothing about the other one. Boy that sure would suck to try and flip and the merger deal gets announced. I believe that once the merger deal closing is announced, the PPS will go up so fast people won't be able to get more than 10k shares. I'm talking you put your limit order above the ask and you get a partial fill and next thing you know your order is 5th down the line on the bid. That is the worst feeling ever.
