Quite simply the cfo is part time and overworked and is most of the reason for the delay at this point - IMO it is not Rossi nor the auditors and although the cfo is probably the bottle neck he really can't be blamed - once there is more cash flow this will be remedied, until then we have to live with it.
We also don't know, (and I know no one will like this and it is a total guess on my part.) maybe people on vaction have slowed this down. I know that sounds horrible but if you are the one who did not cause the delay but something comes up when you are away or leaving it may not get done till you come back. Obviously I have no way of knowing that is the problem here at the end but it could be.
The point here is that I assume that most of you could take a wild guess on other valid possibilities like I just did on regards to vacation - the problem is that we really don't know what is slowing things down now. (Non dedicated cfo has been the long-term slow down.)
So we have to keep the faith that Rossi is doing everything he can do to the best of his ability - obviously some left last week because they didn't like the "best of his ability" - that is totally their right to do so. For us remaining we need to hold on for as long as we believe in Rossi - once anyone of us loose that faith, it will time for that individual to exit.
Everyone has a limit. I am no where near mine at this point on this stock. Any other stock I own I would have exited a long time ago.
