IMHO Black Fox was their best property and McEwen got a steal on it. Primero was HORRIBLY managed under the leadership of Mr Mast and the true potential of the Black Fox property (multiples of $35M) was never realized or exploited. While Black Fox does have a 8% nsr on the current mine location there is huge potential outside the royalty area. I look for the Grey Fox where there is no NSR to be brought on line and while the current mine will continue to operate I think most of the production will come from elsewhere. Eventuaslly this NSR will amount to 2-3%. Primeros' loss (also mine) is McEwens' gain (also mine).
