I still believe he will use his big talk to show his people he scared us off...
Think about the sound bytes he has..Trump threatening ...him responding by threatening Guam....he has complete control of any communication in country...he plays those....continues to show his people images of rocket tests....even if they aren't occurring any more...he tells his people we backed down....he plays no more comments from the outside world
